Office Admin Trainee – Roofing Permit

No permitting experience required!
Responsibilities:- Assist with submitting and processing roofing permits
- Communicate with city and county permitting offices
- Track permit statuses and update internal systems
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, and homeowners
- Organize project documents and maintain accurate records
- Handle administrative and scheduling tasks as needed
- Strong administrative or office experience required
