Walker Blue LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, documentation, client communications, and administrative processes. The right candidate will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Boca Raton, Florida.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and business software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Quick learner who is comfortable adopting new software and processes
- Professional and dependable with a positive attitude
- Quick Books experience is a plus, but not required
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management
- Support contract preparation, invoicing, and document processing
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to client onboarding and project workflows
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel
- Help track project status, client deliverables, and internal deadlines
- Assist with CRM data organization and maintaining accurate business records
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal team members
- Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and office efficiency
Starting Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Unlimited
While we offer unlimited PTO, employees are expected to ensure responsibilities are managed appropriately and work is covered during their absence. This includes coordinating with team members, planning ahead, and being mindful of seasonal workload demands.
Walker Blue provides 50% of employee-only premium costs.
