Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, principles, and frameworks.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
    Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.

  • Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.

  • Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, etc.).

  • Protect the team from scope creep, external interruptions, and unplanned work.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations.

  • Drive adoption of Agile best practices and contribute to organizational Agile maturity.

  • Coach team members on self-organization and cross-functionality.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

  • Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Rally, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to identify and resolve team and process issues.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certifications.

  • Experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.

  • Background in software development or IT project management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
