This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8 am
  -5:30 pm
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth
• Type of cases; required procedures:
  Nurse Practitioners round on existing patients, 36 hours of patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week, 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Cerner
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required:
  Active Indiana State License
