Bonus: $3000 Sign-On Bonus Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all card personalization and fulfillment equipment. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all factory support equipment.
Job Duties- Troubleshoot and repair all card personalization and fulfillment equipment.
- Troubleshooting:
Diagnose malfunctions in electronic equipment, perform tests, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper functioning. - Fabricate replacement parts when necessary.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all card personalization/fulfillment equipment and support equipment.
- Work with machine operators to identify and resolve issues with setup and job files.
- Work with IT to identify and resolve machine communications related issues.
- Implement programs to increase OEE. Utilize KPIs to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime.
- Documentation:
Maintain detailed logs of repairs, tests, and inspections, and document processes for future reference. - Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of process controls.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Reports to Maintenance Manager.
- Must physically be able to bend, stretch, and stoop, but not limited to only these physical activities.
- Requires lifting of 40 lbs. or more without aid.
- Requires normal hand, eye, and walking coordination.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Completion of Electro/Mechanical Course from a recognized Technical Institute is preferred.
- 3 - 5 year experience in general maintenance (multimeters, soldering stations, precision screwdrivers, rotary tools).
- Requires a strong working knowledge of electronics and pneumatic systems.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand electrical/pneumatic schematics.
- Must possess the ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be highly motivated and willing to learn new systems and technologies.
- Must possess an excellent knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Must possess strong mathematics and computer skills.
The pay range for this position is $28 – $35 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
