As Employment Tax Manager
, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver technical and strategic tax advice while overseeing compliance and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of employment tax clients
• Providing expert advice on PAYE, IR35, off-payroll working, and benefits
• Leading advisory assignments on remuneration, incentives, and workforce planning
• Overseeing compliance, submissions, and HMRC communications
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Training and mentoring team members to promote technical growth
• Identifying opportunities for business development and service expansion

You’ll be a proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives on building relationships and solving complex tax challenges.

You will:

• Be CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Have significant experience in employment tax, compliance, and advisory services
• Be confident in managing multiple client relationships and deadlines
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Be proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
