• Collaborate with upper management on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in retail management or grocery store operations, preferably within the dairy sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
