• If you’re an Electrician who enjoys the work but feels worn down by the pace and pressure, this might be worth a quiet look.
• We’re working with a large social housing provider supporting their existing housing stock.
• It’s hands‑on, proper electrical work:
  Reactive repairs, fault‑finding, kitchens, bathrooms, communal areas and minor works.

You’ll be working in people’s homes, so it’s about doing things properly — not rushing, not cutting corners.

• Clear priorities and realistic workloads
• Support from senior staff when jobs get complex
• The right systems, PPE and compliance already in place
• You’ll be part of a team that invests in apprentices, plans ahead and runs things properly.
• You’ll also get a company vehicle, paid out‑of‑hours call‑out on a rota (not constant), a one‑month notice period, and a role that’s built to be sustainable.

• Salary 43000 + £6900 in holiday pay

Ideally, you’ll have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), solid knowledge of BS7671, and experience in domestic or social housing environments. Inspection & testing experience is useful, but not essential.
