Job Overview
Location: Hertsmere, Borehamwood
Salary: London £37,854 – £52,051 per annum;
National £34,869 – £47,945 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Responsibilities- Conduct pre/post‑inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
- Consult with and engage customers and leaseholders, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to assess building condition, identify defects and risks.
- Perform major void inspections and ensure work aligns with KPIs, providing recommendations based on survey findings.
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
