  London - £37,854 - £52,051 per annum;
  National - £34,869 - £47,945 per annum

• Pre/post‑inspection and reporting for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to deliver according to cost, time and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects and associated risks, conduct major void inspections, ensure work aligns with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.

• Ability to travel across the region as required.
• Open to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship. Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
