Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 226-units apartment community in Bossier City! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred.

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
