In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for performing forensic investigations and construction administration.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $80,000-$85,000/Yr.

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field etc..
• 5+ years of experience detailing, construction, investigation and restoration of various structures, building enclosure systems (walls, windows, roofing etc.)
• Prepare construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Review of submittals and shop drawings
• Prepare site observations of construction work in progress and field reports
• Understanding of thermal, air and moisture control within a building envelope materials, assemblies etc..
• MS office experience
