Description
Cranshaw Construction is looking for a full-time Project Manager who will strive to exceed client expectations, has excellent communications skills, is detail oriented, and proficient in all aspects of project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the multi‑family residential sector.

Primary Responsibilities- Contribute to the bidding, proposal, and interview process
- Oversee that all document control processes are followed for drawing management, RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes, etc.
- Oversee financial management of the project, including writing detailed scopes of work, subcontractor awards, cost forecasting, change order management, subcontractor invoice approvals, sign‑off on monthly billing requisitions, etc.
- Work closely with field staff and subcontractors to establish an achievable baseline schedule and updates, and align procurement with the schedule
- Develop, nurture, and maintain key relationships with co‑workers, the client, and project partners.
- Deliver projects with integrity and professionalism, on time and on budget
- Work collaboratively with Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators with clear and thoughtful delegation, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Make safety your first and overriding priority
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in construction management, facilities management, engineering or related field.
- 5‑7+ years of experience in commercial construction projects exceeding $20M, preferably in Cranshaw’s core markets of multi‑family residential, mixed‑use, interior fit‑outs, life science, and public work
- Demonstrated knowledge of full construction cycle from preconstruction involvement through final closeout, including sub‑structure and super‑structure, envelope, finishes and MEP systems.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), scheduling software (MS Project or similar)
- LEED, CM‑Lean, OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, PMP, Passive House and other trainings and certifications are beneficial
- Superior communications (written and verbal) and inter‑personal skills
- Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail, ability to plan and manage time well, prioritizing critical path constructability issues
- Ability to physically maneuver on a construction site
- Use of PPE as required

The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $180,000. Compensation is part of a comprehensive total rewards package, including bonus and final offers will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
