Job Description

Reports to: Head of School

Fenway High School is committed to creating one of the strongest school wellness programs anywhere. We believe wellness is not an “extra,” but a core part of student success, belonging, and healthy development. This role offers the opportunity to help build innovative programming that supports students in finding connection, movement, confidence, leadership, and joy both inside and outside the classroom.

Fenway High School is seeking an innovative, energetic, and student-centered leader to serve as the school’s Wellness & Co-Curricular Programs Manager for the 2026–2027 school year.

Fenway is a small public high school in Boston founded in 1983 as an alternative program and one of Boston’s first Pilot Schools. Fenway is nationally recognized for its innovative programming, strong school culture, experiential learning, and commitment to equity and whole-child education. At Fenway, we believe deeply in using “the city as our classroom” and in ensuring that every student has access to meaningful opportunities that support academic growth, wellness, belonging, and joy.

We are building a nationally recognized school wellness model in which every student participates in a sport, wellness club, movement-based activity, or co-curricular wellness experience. We are seeking a dynamic leader who can help us expand and coordinate robust offerings that support students physically, socially, emotionally, and academically.
