Position: SEC Reporting Manager - Top Private Equity Firm

Step into a high-impact finance role where technical accounting, SEC reporting, and investor communications converge. In this position, you’ll play a central part in producing quarterly and annual SEC filings as well as investor reporting, gaining exposure to complex financial instruments, insurance operations, and cross-functional teams. Day-to-Day
  • Prepare, review, and compile quarterly and annual SEC filings and investor reports
  • Collect, validate, and document financial statement support and related disclosures

    Reconcile ledger to source information, analyze variances, and identify key drivers
  • Coordinate internal and external reviews of financial statements and footnotes
  • Support ad-hoc projects and special requests from leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, risk management, investor relations, and finance operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of financial reporting (SEC reporting) or accounting experience, ideally within financial services
  • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; this role will have regular interaction with senior leadership
