Overview
Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst – support enterprise‑wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management and executive reporting. Work closely with Finance leadership, cross‑functional stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver high‑quality insights and scalable reporting solutions.
Responsibilities- Act as Power BI subject‑matter expert, designing, building and delivering Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment across financial data, reporting standards, and business requirements.
- Serve as the finance business partner to IT and HR, owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities while supporting strategic planning and decision‑making across both functions.
- Provide ongoing support and gather user feedback to drive enhancements or improvements.
- Lead and support enterprise FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long‑range planning.
- Own and continuously improve monthly management reporting, executive dashboards, and Board‑level materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a strong narrative.
- Collaborate with business and process owners to align financial reporting with end‑to‑end business processes.
- Develop documentation, training and change‑management materials to support system enhancements and reporting adoption.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality and enhance reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, consolidations, and system flows.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and exercise functional and business leadership.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise‑wide forecast processes and deploying financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people in functional processes and programs.

Base pay range: $82,636.00 – $ per year (actual pay varies based on experience, skills and education).
