UST founded UST FinX in 2025 to liberate mid-tier financial institutions from the burdens of legacy technology with the least amount of pain, investing in a strong team to bring to market the first fully managed composable best‑of‑breed cloud native banking platform. The fintech model for the mid‑tier banks is broken; great individual solutions, but costs and risks associated with a composable, non‑integrated ecosystem are too high.

UST FinX was founded to solve this by taking on the risk and burden of owning the entire stack and be the single point of contact for our clients.
