Waters Biosciences is seeking a highly accomplished Staff Scientist to lead scientific partnerships and growth initiatives at our Immerse Lab in Kendall Square, Cambridge-one of the world's most influential biotech innovation hubs.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on building and executing strategic scientific collaborations that drive instrument adoption, expand application use cases, and accelerate business growth across biopharma, clinical, and academic markets.

In this role, you will partner with leading researchers and organizations to demonstrate, validate, and scale the use of Waters Biosciences solutions, translating scientific needs into impactful workflows that influence purchasing decisions and enable long-term customer adoption.

Customer Engagement & Adoption
