Summary/Objective:
The Registered Administrative Associate is FINRA Series 7 licensed and experienced in supporting Financial Advisors (LPL Financial Registered Representatives) to increase productivity, ensure smooth operations, and enhance client satisfaction. They handle routine client requests, research information pertaining to securities transaction requests, assist with account maintenance, and provide administrative support. The Registered Administrative Associate works on occasional projects or committee work, trains new team members, and generate reports as needed.
Essential Functions:
* Supports the production of Financial Advisors by setting appointments, answering customers questions and describing investment products and services, as well as performing tasks of a clerical and/or administrative nature, including but not limited to, handling new account paperwork, entering customer information into a form or database, and maintaining an FINRA Compliant filing system
* Provides information to the customer regarding specific products and/or research pertaining to securities transactions in which the customer wishes to perform, or is considering performing, through the LPL Financial
* Advises customers regarding the status of orders and/or reports trade prices
* Handles customer funds and securities, including electronic fund transfers (EFT) or journals from a customer's self-advisory account
* Serves as senior level sales assistant by training new staff members
* Assists with a variety of internal projects, reports, committee support, and other assigned tasks

Required Skills,
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent work experience
* Five (5) years' experience in the financial industry
* Experience supporting high producing, high volume Financial Advisor(s)
* FINRA Series 7 licensed, Series 66 or 65 license, and State Life and Health Insurance Licensed
* Ability to speak and present information clearly, concisely, and effectively to both customers and key stakeholders
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, providing high quality service standards in all interactions with customers, prospective customers and personnel in other departments within the credit union
* Comfortable managing sensitive or confidential information
* Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver assignments on time in a dynamic environment
* Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Compensation:
The person hired into this position will likely earn between $26.00 and $35.76+ monthly incentive.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
