The Role:

• Take full ownership of the modular manufacturing facility and its operations
• Introduce lean methodologies and build out proper, scalable processes
• Drive a clear goal to double facility output
• Lead and develop the workforce, including hands-on training of trade school students and volunteers
• Oversee day-to-day operations while shaping the long-term direction of the facility

• Experience leading a modular or offsite manufacturing facility
• Strong lean / process improvement background
• A track record of growing output, not just maintaining it
