Part-Time Receptionist Toyota Bountiful Pay: from $16 per hour

Performance Toyota Bountiful is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest who visits or contacts our dealership. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.

Pay & Schedule
  • Starting at $16.00 per hour
  • Part-Time Position
  • Flexible schedule - hours will vary
  • Additional hours and shifts may be available based on business needs
  • Saturdays mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership
  • Ask questions to identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate department or team member
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and customer lounge
  • Assist with light administrative and clerical duties
  • Support dealership operations with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred but not required
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, retail, or administrative experience is a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work the scheduled hours
  • Flexible availability to pick up additional shifts when needed
  • Pre-employment drug screening required
