The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Designer to join a growing modular construction business delivering innovative offsite projects across the UK.

This role offers the chance to work across the full project lifecycle, supporting schemes from concept design through to manufacture and site delivery. You'll be working within a collaborative technical team, gaining exposure to modern methods of construction while helping deliver high-quality modular building solutions.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

* Producing technical drawings and Revit models.

* Supporting projects from concept through to manufacture and installation.

* Developing construction details and technical design packages.

* Coordinating design information with internal and external stakeholders.

* Assisting with technical compliance and Building Regulations requirements.

* Supporting manufacturing and construction teams with technical information.

* Assisting with BIM coordination and digital project delivery.

* Managing technical queries and design amendments.

* Working closely with project, commercial and production teams.

* Supporting successful project delivery through accurate design information.

About You

* Experience with in architectural, technical or construction design.

* Strong Revit experience essential.

* Good technical detailing ability.

* Understanding of UK Building Regulations.

* Interest in modular, offsite or modern methods of construction.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Ambitious and motivated to develop your career within design.
