This established consultancy has been operating for over 40 years and works with housing associations and local authorities throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to their expanding design team. In this role, you will manage multiple projects through RIBA Stages 2-6, producing technical drawings and coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Projects include high-rise refurbishments, recladding schemes, fire safety works and residential developments. The role offers hybrid working with a typical split of three days in the office and two from home. This role would suit an Architectural Technologist with strong residential experience, particularly within refurbishment and high-rise projects. AutoCAD experience is essential, with Revit knowledge desirable.
