• Understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & factors influencing its contribution to the business, and willingness to learn more in this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• Willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
