Position: Tech Support Services Manager: Lead Customer-Focused Support
A leading technology firm in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to provide technical support to customers and lead a team of subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will possess an Associates' Degree or a relevant technical qualification, along with 10+ years of experience in technical expertise. Strong leadership and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

This role requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to travel up to 25%.
