Supply Chain Coordinator; FTC

Overview

Are you the kind of person who secretly enjoys color-coded spreadsheets, perfectly timed deliveries, and fixing problems before anyone else even notices them? If so, you might be our next Supply Chain Coordinator; the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps products moving, plans on track, and chaos firmly at bay.

In this role, you’ll be the glue holding suppliers, warehouses, planners, and transport partners together, all while keeping a cool head, a sharp eye, and a great sense of humour.

• A knack for organization and a love of details (you notice everything).
• Strong communication skills: you can talk to anyone, from suppliers to senior leaders.
• Cool-under-pressure energy with a problem-solving mindset.
• Confidence with Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain tools (or the enthusiasm to learn fast).
• A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Supply chain, logistics, or planning experience is great but a positive attitude is non-negotiable.
