We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in need. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for developing a plan of care for a range of pathologies in the home health setting.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive home program to facilitate recovery
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Stay current on advancements in speech therapy techniques and technologies

• Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• State licensure as a Speech Therapist
• Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, and acute care preferred
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
