Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable professional with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking on ad hoc responsibilities and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs

Work within Microsoft D365 Dynamics Business Central / Navision to ensure accurate and timely processing

Support month‑end activities, reconciliations, and reporting as needed

Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis, data review, and basic reporting

Take on ad hoc accounting and administrative duties to support the broader finance team

Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role

Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting

Experience with Business Central and/or Navision preferred

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Solid Excel skills and an analytical mindset

Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
