Accounting and Payroll Support Specialist

Your role will include processing payroll for temporary employees and managing accounts payable with accuracy. You'll also provide essential backup support for accounts receivable and engage in monthly credit card reconciliations. Strong data entry skills and exceptional time management will be critical as you navigate various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for temporary employees and issue ROEs
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Provide backup assistance for accounts receivable
• Complete monthly credit card reconciliations
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in accounting or payroll roles
• Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Business Central and Excel
• Strong precision in data entry and organization skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
