We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage EDI and non-EDI vendor invoices efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely processing, verifying invoice approvals, and addressing discrepancies. Excellent communication and organization abilities are essential for maintaining robust vendor relationships and adhering to corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process expense and trade invoices accurately

• Review and approve employee expense reports

• Input non-EDI invoices into SAP weekly

• Conduct vendor statement reconciliations as needed

• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• College diploma in accounting or equivalent preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
