• Build complex energy models for architectural systems
• Analyze water and energy conservation strategies
• Create detailed reports outlining efficiency recommendations
• Liaise with architects and engineers on design coordination
• Validate compliance through technical drawing reviews

• Minimum of 10 years in energy modeling for LEED
• Skilled in IES Virtual Workplace, eQuest, and Energy Pro
• EIT or P.Eng certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Familiarity with LEED Energy Performance standards
