Elevate your career as an Energy Modeling Specialist in Brampton, Markham, or Calgary. Focus on developing and analyzing energy models for various environmental projects across Canada and the U.S.
With over 10 years of experience, you will engage in model building and evaluate energy conservation measures. Utilizing your expertise in energy modeling software, your role will involve crafting narratives and reports to guide productive designs. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure implementation of necessary measures in construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Build complex energy models for architectural systems
- Analyze water and energy conservation strategies
- Create detailed reports outlining efficiency recommendations
- Liaise with architects and engineers on design coordination
- Validate compliance through technical drawing reviews
- Minimum of 10 years in energy modeling for LEED
- Skilled in IES Virtual Workplace, eQuest, and Energy Pro
- EIT or P.Eng certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with LEED Energy Performance standards
