In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operational support of investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with different stakeholders while mentoring junior team members to maintain operational excellence and compliance with internal controls. Your insights will help implement process enhancements that mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily activities, including trade and cash management
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth
• Monitor compliance and report on operational metrics
• Facilitate onboarding of new products and business initiatives
• Lead initiatives for process automation and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related area
• 5+ years in investment operations or capital markets
• In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle processes
• Experience with systems like Bloomberg and Calypso
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Drive operational improvements and lead the investment operations team at OMERS with your analytical prowess.
