Join SMART IT INNOVATIONS in Brampton as a User Support Technician. This full-time, on-site role focuses on troubleshooting and user training to enhance computer system performance.
We are looking for a dedicated User Support Technician to provide on-site support at our Brampton location. You will troubleshoot user issues, manage access to computer networks, and collect key performance data. This permanent position includes working rotating shifts, with responsibilities ranging from user assistance to supervising other technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access to computer networks for employees
• Report on the performance of systems and networks
• Respond promptly to user difficulties with computers
• Research and implement solutions from user guides
• Supervise technical support workers in the team
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• College/CEGEP education required
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication for user training
• On-site work commitment with no remote option
