We are hiring Night Shift Dispatchers. Starting from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Key responsibilities of a Dispatcher:
Manage, allocate, and prioritize taxi bookings to ensure all jobs are dispatched promptly. Assist drivers who are in a safety situation. Keep accurate records of all driver or customer safety incidents. Monitor call queues and assist with answering incoming calls in Brandon and around Manitoba. Applicant must be fluent in English, know our city of Brandon, and the surrounding area.
