In this management-level position, you will integrate cutting-edge technology, particularly in Conversational AI and LLMs, to deliver high-impact business strategies. With 3-6 years of relevant experience, you will work collaboratively with product teams to rapidly develop proofs-of-concept and transformative customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a bridge between business goals and AI capabilities
• Design AI-driven CX strategies and pilot programs
• Build strategic business cases with cross-functional teams
• Identify and prioritize tech and AI opportunities for clients
• Shape and feed insights into the CX product roadmap
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in management consulting or product strategy
• Proficiency in modern contact center ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills to measure ROI of tech solutions
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions
• Passion for emerging trends in digital CX and AI
