In this role, you will work closely with the Professional Practice Research & Education team to deliver ongoing education to nursing staff. You’ll facilitate compliance with health policies and enhance community care services, requiring an On-Call commitment on evenings and weekends. Your efforts will directly support nursing quality and holistic patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical education to nursing staff
• Coordinate with regional management for service improvement
• Monitor compliance with health service regulations
• Foster community relations to promote quality care
• Support virtual care initiatives and technology use
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years community nursing experience
• Previous leadership experience valued
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Vehicle access for regional travel required
