The ideal candidate has over a year of customer support experience, particularly in SaaS or eCommerce, and strong skills in communication and technical troubleshooting. This role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to work with multiple tools efficiently.
This position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday with a rate of $900 USD.
