ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Take the lead, owning the front- and back-house store operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, organization, and the customer experience at Milkshake Factory.
  • Collaborate on crafting systems that drive store-wide operational excellence, covering cash management, food safety, inventory control, and employee performance.
  • Provide robust support for Milk Shake Factory human resources, handling team member training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention strategies.
  • Partnering with the Owner, expertly schedule and staff the retail store, ensuring smooth operations while aligning with the budget.
  • Team up with the Owner to exceed regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Harness consumer insights to contribute to compelling annual and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a tight ship on security measures, including cameras, alarms, locks, and protocols.
  • Generate concise reports on retail performance for Owner’s review.
  • Be the go-to brand advocate, sharing the company's story, history, vision, and products with both consumers and employees, including corporate accounts and special events.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment for guests.
  • Keep those POS register systems ticking perfectly at all times.
  • Most importantly - have fun while creating unforgettable experiences!
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Strong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing successful retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financials
  • Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Composure, positivity, flexibility, and time management ability necessary to succeed in a performance-driven retail environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and/or handle packaged goods and materials up to and including 25lbs
