Retail Store Manager: Lead Operations & Team Onsite

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our client’s team in Brandon, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $50,000K + bonus (depending on experience)

• Previous retail management experience
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High standards for customer service, organization, and cleanliness

• Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring operational standards are met
• Train, develop, and oversee staff performance and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Monitor inventory levels and sales data to optimize product flow
• Execute marketing campaigns, signage, and in-store promotions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed
  
  Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling and bank deposits
• Maintain staffing coverage and manage operational expenses
• Review store reports and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
