Our customers rely on our team to find and select products that represent their individuality, team pride, and personal style. Working in our retail stores requires our retail sales team to provide each and every customer with the energy for an exceptional Lids experience, maintain our meticulous product presentations, and be a subject matter expert in our products and services.

• Achieve revenue growth through customer service.

• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.

• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.

• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
