Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at 1711 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511

• Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.
• Compensation at Leaders Furniture:
  This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
• Schedule:
  
  40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |
• Generous PTO, no blackout dates.

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. alone and over 25 lbs. with assistance.
• Abilit to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
