Maintenance Technician

Shift:

* 3rd Shift - Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:30pm)

* Enjoy a $2.00/hour shift differential

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery

* Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

* Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues

* Use hand and power tools, including drills, measuring instruments, taps, and presses

* Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed

* Maintain knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical/mechanical systems

* Support production by assembling or modifying workstations as needed

* Work with Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) and other diagnostic equipment

* Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and microcontrollers

* Collaborate with team members to support all areas of production as needed

* Communicate with external vendors for equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs

* Follow all safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

* Maintain flexibility to work across multiple production areas based on business needs

For This Role, You Will Need:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

* A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical wiring, plumbing & HVAC systems

* Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools and maintenance software.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and other documents

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

* Technical Diploma or Certification

* 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

* Lift up to 20-50 pounds at a time

* Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift

* Ability to work in a production environment with required PPE
