Hackensack Meridian Health - - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair hospital equipment and facilities to ensure safe, functional patient rooms;
Act as liaison for new construction projects and coordinate with vendors;
Maintain logs, PM schedules, work orders, and incident reports with online data entry;
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, Joint Commission) and respond to emergencies;
Perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks (bulbs, plumbing, painting, ceiling tiles, etc.)
