Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a full‑time Teaching Assistant to provide support to Primary students in schools in Bridgend. You will work alongside the class teacher to support lessons. The role involves working with pupils aged 3‑11 on a full‑time basis.

We are working with a number of primary schools looking for Teaching Assistants and can find a role that works for you.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are looking for candidates who want full‑time positions to meet school requirements.

• Work on a 1:1 and small group basis with children who have additional needs.
• Support the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated sessions.
• Support children to thrive both academically and socially.
• Create a fun, safe and supportive environment for children to thrive and excel at school.
• Assist with break and lunch duties.

• Recent and relevant experience working with children or adults with SEN is desirable.
• Availability Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm for work.
• Comfortable providing personal care if needed.
• Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

• Work with a highly recommended education agency.
• Free access to the National College with 2500 courses to upskill.
• Excellent rates of pay.
