HANA) – Global O2C Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Lead to drive the design, implementation, and global rollout of SAP S/4

HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions across key regions including the U.S., India, and Ireland. This role will play a critical part in enabling standardized, scalable, and compliant Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, with a strong focus on supporting complex U.S. pharmaceutical commercial sales models.

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD across global business units
• Own the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit processes
• Drive global template design and standardization initiatives

• Design and implement SAP SD solutions aligned with U.S. pharmaceutical sales models
• Support distributor-based sales, pricing agreements, chargebacks, rebates, promotions, and returns
• Partner closely with commercial and finance stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs

• Ensure seamless integration with core SAP modules including FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, and QM
• Lead integrations with external partners such as 3PL providers, EDI platforms, distributors, and logistics vendors

• Lead all phases of implementation including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Support and drive global rollouts across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards

• Oversee SD master data management, including customer master, pricing, and hierarchies
• Establish and maintain strong data governance practices to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Ensure SD processes align with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal controls
• Support internal and external audit requirements

• Serve as the primary SAP SD lead for business stakeholders
• Lead system integrators and mentor SAP SD consultants
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business, and external partners

• 15–18 years of SAP SD experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
• Proven track record of 3–5 full lifecycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), pricing, billing, and returns
• Strong integration experience across SAP modules (FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience supporting U.S. pharmaceutical commercial operations
• Familiarity with wholesalers, distributors, chargebacks, rebates, and pricing programs
• Experience with Advanced ATP (aATP) and Settlement Management
