Experienced Service Technician Needed - Join Our Growing Team!

We are a family-owned business with three generations of excellence, and we are looking for a talented Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in servicing and repairing a wide range of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair various refrigeration equipment issues

Deliver exceptional customer service

Order parts and maintain truck stock

Install, repair, or replace electrical components

Work effectively as a team and communicate with both office and field staff

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Participate in the on-call schedule (not more than one rotation per month)

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Refrigeration or HVAC fields

Thorough understanding of the refrigeration cycle and basic diagnostic/troubleshooting skills

Basic electrical knowledge (24V - 480V)

Ability to braze and solder copper pipe

EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 License

Positive attitude with a focus on thoroughness

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physical tasks

Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
