Responsibilities

+ Manage daily cash positioning, cash flow monitoring, and bank account activity.

+ Prepare cash forecasts and analyze liquidity needs across multiple real estate entities.

+ Process wires, ACH transactions, intercompany transfers, and bank reconciliations.

+ Maintain treasury schedules, debt schedules, and covenant compliance tracking.

+ Assist with loan draws, capital contributions, distributions, and escrow account activity.

+ Work with property management and accounting teams to ensure accurate cash allocations.

+ Support month‑end close, journal entries, and treasury-related reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have real estate industry experience.
