Structural Design Engineer

• Design all aspects of metal building systems, including structural steel, wall and roof panels, secondary members, and stability bracing.
• Perform technical analysis using proprietary software for frame, secondary, bracing, crane, mezzanine, and panel analysis to ensure structural integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with the Detailing Department and other team members to communicate design requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and check structural drawings for accuracy.
• Continuously learn and develop as an engineer, exploring innovative solutions and career paths within the organization.

• Unique projects and comprehensive design scope.
• On‑site fabrication shop for quality control.
• Collaborative environment and cross‑training opportunities.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam prior to hire date.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Educational focus on structural engineering.
• Basic knowledge of building construction.
• Understanding of current building codes and industry practices.
• Experience in pre‑engineered metal building systems.
