Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer Ower , n (access from Southampton, Bournemouth, Winchester, Salisbury ) £50,000 per year , depending on experience 45 hours per week on a 2-week rota (with on-call every other week) Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 06:00 15:30 About the Role Do you have strong fault-finding skills and experience leading a team within a fast-paced engineering environment? If youre an electrically biased Engineering professional ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment, wed love to hear from you. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of machinery, with a strong focus on electrical systems, control panels, automation, and reactive fault diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities Oversee planning and execution of PPM schedules and reactive repairs Take ownership of electrical fault finding, diagnostics and system improvements Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring electrical faults Lead, manage and mentor a small team of Engineers Participate in the on-call rota (week-on/week-off, Friday to Friday) Support and manage external contractors for servicing and maintenance Requirements Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on fault-finding experience Completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive and high-performing team culture Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team

Experience with in food manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, or a similar industrial environment (desirable)
