** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response actions as appropriate for an industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support the movement of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with location policies.

+ Observe workplace activity and equipment areas for potential hazards, maintenance issues, and policy violations, then communicate findings through required logs, reports, and shift handoff notes.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
